Parking and Security
Is there safe parking at Hydro Guest House?
Yes, we have two fenced parking areas on Hydro’s premises.
How should we enter the parking areas?
The main gate will open automatically when your vehicle is stopped in front of the gate. The second gate on Kellner Street displays our phone number. Please phone reception to open the gate.
Which extra security do you have?
We have a security guard during the evenings and 24-hour CCTV surveillance.
How should we enter the gate if we do not have a vehicle?
You’re welcome to enter at the reception, which is easily accessible from the sidewalk.
MediClinic
How far is MediClinic Bloemfontein from Hydro Guest House?
We are about 300m away from the main entrance. Most guests walk over to MediClinic.
How can I find Hydro when I’m at MediClinic Bloemfontein?
We are right opposite MediClinic, on the corner. Our branding will make it easy for you to see.
Services
Is breakfast included in my stay at Hydro Guest House?
We have inclusive and exclusive packages available. Online bookings normally exclude breakfast. If you are unsure if you’re booked for breakfast, please enquire at our 24-hour reception.
What is served for breakfast?
We offer a continental breakfast that includes a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, fruit juice, coffee, tea, and an English breakfast made to order.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 09:00 in our dining area.
Do you offer room service?
Room service can be arranged, and one of our friendly staff members will be happy to assist you.
How much is breakfast and how should I book breakfast?
Breakfast is R 125.00 per person. Reception will ask you if you want to book for breakfast when you’re checking in.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we have pensioner discounts and offer a discount when you’re staying for more than 4 nights.
Do you have different rates over weekends?
We have special rates on some weekends. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page to stay updated with specials.
