Guest House Rules

1. WIFI Password: Kelner115

2. Check-In Time: 13.00 and Check-Out Time: 10:00

3. Laundry on request: Only from 07:00 – 09:00. Prices will depend on the amount of laundry and ironing involved. Laundry will be returned before 13:00 on the same day. Guests staying more than one day only. No Laundry on Sundays.

4. Breakfast is from 06:30 till 09:00. The kitchen strictly closes at 09:10.

5. Breakfast must be booked by 20:00 the previous day in order for us to prepare.

6. Outside visitors are allowed only from 08:00 till 20:00.

7. An additional rate of R220 will be charged for any extra person in the room after 20:00.

8. Please be mindful with loud noises between 22:00 till 06:00.

9. Adult supervision is required for all children on the premises.

10. No firearms or any objects that may be considered as a weapon will be allowed on the premises without informing reception. Failure to do so will prohibit the guest from the premises, and any payments made will be forfeited.

11. Licensed firearms can be locked in our safe on request.

12. Any intoxicated guests who are considered a nuisance to other guests or staff will be asked to leave the premises without reimbursement for their stay.

13. If you are uncertain about the length of your stay and want to extend your booking, you are welcome to leave your belongings at our reception in the morning. If your belongings are in the room after 10:00 we will consider it as an extension of your booking and the full room rate will be charged to your account. We do not offer extensions on an hourly rate.

14. TV channels are fixed on the Hotel DSTV package.

15. Please report any problems to our 24-hour reception.

16. Reviews are appreciated on Google, Facebook, Bookings.com and Trip Advisor.

17. Penalty fee will be charged for any loss of room keys or permanent damages to linen due to hair dyes.

18. All rooms are non-smoking penalty fees of R600 will be charged for smoking in rooms.

19. Irons and Hairdryers can be asked for at the reception.
