1. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within or outside the Guesthouse premise. Right of Admission is Reserved and management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the Guesthouse without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
2. Government rules and regulations and application of laws: Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
3. Photographs and Video’s: Using photographs and video’s taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
4. Hazardous Goods: Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees’ visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests’ own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals, and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
5. Damage to Property: The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

• Check-In Time: 13.00 Check-Out Time: 10:00
• Laundry on request: Only from 07:00 – 09:00. Prices will depend on the amount of laundry and ironing involved. Laundry will be returned before 13:00 on the same day. Guests staying more than one day only. No Laundry on Sundays.
• Breakfast is from 06:30 till 09:00. The kitchen strictly closes at 09:10.
• Breakfast must be booked by 20:00 the previous day in order for us to prepare.
• An additional rate of R220 will be charged for any extra person in the room after 20:00.
• Outside visitors are allowed only from 08:00 till 20:00. Please be mindful with loud noises between 22:00 till 06:00.
• Adult supervision is required for all children on the premises.
• No firearms or any objects that may be considered as a weapon will be allowed on the premises without informing reception. Failure to do so will prohibit the guest from the premises and any payments made will be forfeited.
• Licensed Firearms can be locked in our safe on request.
• Any intoxicated guests that are considered a nuisance to other guests or staff will be asked to leave the premises without reimbursement for their stay.
• If you are uncertain about the length of your stay and want to extend your booking you are welcome to leave your belongings at our reception in the morning. If your belongings are in the room after 10:00 we will consider it as an extension of your booking and the full room rate will be charged to your account. We do not offer extension on an hourly rate.
• TV channels are fixed on the Hotel DSTV package.
• Please report any problems to our 24-hour reception.
• Reviews are appreciated on Google, Facebook, Bookings.com and Trip Advisor.
• Penalty fees will be charged for any loss of room keys or permanent damages to linen due to hair dyes.
• All rooms are non-smoking. Penalty fees will be charged for smoking in rooms.
• Iron and Hairdryer can be asked for at the reception.
