Guest House Rules

1. WiFi password: Kelner115

2. Please report any problems to the 24-hour reception.

3. Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 10:00.

4. If belongings remain in the room after 10:00, it will be considered an extension and the full room rate will be charged (no hourly extensions). If you are unsure about extending your stay, belongings may be left at reception in the morning.

5. All rooms are non-smoking. A penalty fee of R600 will be charged for smoking in rooms.

6. Please be mindful of loud noise between 22:00 and 06:00.

7. Any intoxicated guest causing a disturbance to other guests or staff will be asked to leave without reimbursement.

8. No firearms or objects that may be considered weapons are allowed on the premises without informing reception. Failure to declare these will result in removal from the premises and forfeiture of payment.

9. Licensed firearms can be locked in the safe on request.

10. Adult supervision is required for all children on the premises.

11. Outside visitors are only allowed between 08:00 and 20:00.

12. An additional charge of R220 applies for any extra person in the room after 20:00.

13. Breakfast is served on weekdays from 06:30 to 09:00 and on weekends from 07:00 to 09:00. The kitchen closes strictly at 09:10.

14. Breakfast must be booked by 20:00 the previous evening.

15. Laundry is available on request between 07:00 and 09:00 only, for guests staying more than one night. Laundry prices depend on the amount and ironing required and will be returned before 13:00 the same day. No laundry service is available on Saturdays and Sundays.

16. Iron and hairdryer are available from reception on request.

17. TV channels are fixed to the Hotel DStv package.

18. A penalty fee of R350 will be charged for lost room keys.

19. Penalty fees apply for permanent damage to linen, furniture, or any room items.
