Refund Policy

Cancellations

Standard Bookings:

  • All bookings are non-refundable. We will gladly give you credit for your next stay.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date will be charged 100% of the first night’s stay.
Same-Day Bookings:
  • Bookings made and cancelled on the same day are non-refundable.
No-Shows:
  • If the guest does not arrive and no cancellation is made, 100% of the booking total will be charged.
Early Departures
If a guest checks out before the confirmed departure date, no refund will be issued for unused nights. We will gladly give you credit for your next stay.
Group Bookings (3 or more rooms)
Group cancellations require 7 days’ notice for the cancellation policy to apply. 50% deposit is required for group bookings.
Credit Terms
In the event of circumstances beyond your control, we will work with guests to offer rescheduling or credit at our discretion.

Credit will remain active until the guest’s next stay.
