Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations
Standard Bookings:
- All bookings are non-refundable. We will gladly give you credit for your next stay, subject to the terms and conditions of this cancellation policy.
- 50% Deposit is required to confirm a booking.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date will be charged 100% of the first night’s stay.
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
Same-Day Bookings:
- Bookings made and cancelled on the same day are non-refundable.
No-Shows:
- If the guest does not arrive and no cancellation is made, 100% of the booking total will be charged.
Other Terms & Conditions:
- We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of cancellations or other situations where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
- The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
- Please let us know if you require a ground-floor unit for your stay.
Early Departures
If a guest checks out before the confirmed departure date, no refund will be issued for unused nights. We will gladly give you credit for your next stay.
Group Bookings (3 or more rooms)
Group cancellations require 7 days’ notice for the cancellation policy to apply. 50% deposit is required for group bookings.
Credit Terms
In the event of circumstances beyond your control, we will work with guests to offer rescheduling or credit at our discretion.
Credit will remain active until the guest’s next stay.
