Payment

We accept all Credit and Debit cards, cash and EFT’s in case of advance payment.

Indemnity Clause
By entering the premises of Hydro Guesthouse, you agree that you and any minor children accompanying you do so at your own risk. You agree that you will not hold either Hydro Guesthouse or the owners of the premises liable for any injury or fatality that you or the minor may sustain whilst visiting Hydro Guesthouse and the Guesthouse grounds.

You further agree that you will not hold the hotel or the liable, for the loss, by theft or otherwise, of any of your personal property or damage to your property or motor car, which may occur at the premises.

Conditions of Residence
Hydro Guesthouse has been designed for our guests’ enjoyment, and it is with this that we ask all your guests to acknowledge our conditions of residence.

Hydro Guesthouse requires full prepayment for accommodation before the stay is allowed. Our checkout time is at 10h00. Should guests require an extension on their checkout time, please contact the front desk before 10h00 on your day of departure to make arrangements for a late checkout. No checkouts later than 10:30 are permitted. Additional charges might apply.

We have a zero tolerance for unreasonable noise and nuisances and reserve the right to deny admission.

We require all our guests to maintain an appropriate dress code whilst enjoying the hotel facilities.

Any loss or damage as a result of any act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest will result in the guest being held liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.

Whilst every care has been taken by Hydro Guesthouse, to ensure the safety of guests and their possessions Hydro Guesthouse and the owners, directors, management, employees or contractors do not accept any liability in the event of loss, damage, injury or death to any persons or their property experienced whilst enjoying the property and its facilities.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, the following applies:

  • Cancellations 0-29 days prior to arrival: 100% Charge
  • Cancellations less than 72 hours & No Show: 100% Charge
  • All cancellations must be received in writing
  • Apart from our refund/cancellation policy, there will be an additional R250 penalty admin fee on any refunds (T’s & C’s apply).
